Mabli Jones
Director, leads on Governance
Mabli has experience in senior health leadership in both the UK and New Zealand, including governance, strategy, and development. She has a clinical background in both primary care and acute care, and is a qualified mediator with extensive project and change management skills.
Michelle Curel
Michelle has extensive experience in health care management in both private and public health organisations. She has led practices through change management, business improvement, project management, stakeholder relationships, quality improvement systems and building effective teams. Michelle is also a Board of Trustee member.
Nicky Hart
Nicky has over 14 years experience in primary health care management, at both practice and PHO level. She supports practices with process improvement, change management, and business planning and development, and is currently the CEO of Fielding Health Centre.
Jo Henson
Jo is a qualified LEAN practitioner via Kaizen Institute NZ, and has lead LEAN at both strategic and operational levels in primary care across New Zealand. Her recent work has been delivering LEAN thinking directly into practices through the Health Care Home model, in both the Midlands and Wellington regions.
